I want to express my appreciation Karen for the 3rd Annual Wellness Day that you organized for us. It helped me process some of the emotional stuff that usually wears me down. I appreciate the work and effort that was put into this event and  it was very meaningful to me and processing what I have been carrying for so long. It was about my letting go of a lot of the work that I have done in this area for many years and the work I did on myself has indeed lightened my load. I felt so great as I reflect on the day; it was a great interaction and time well spent. Thanks to all who participated and all who volunteered. 

On behalf of the Leq ' Mel First Nations Band members, thank you so much for your inspiring workshop for the women and also for your motivational speech for our high school graduation class. We really appreciated both events.

Karen facilitated our Strategic Planning session; she was a pleasure to work with and did an exceptional job leading us through a packed agenda which included complex issues. She was flexible and responsive to our needs both in preparation for the retreat and during our discussions. She was up to speed with our work and expertise and kept up with our fast paced conversation. She was good-natured and fun, without getting bogged down in icebreakers and facilitation techniques that don't work well for our group.

I highly recommend her!
