I have used Karen for leadership development and she was so effective, I had her back to train our 40 staff members on several occasions in the last year. I have great admiration for Karen's excellent skills. Last month she facilitated an excellent Strategic Planning session for the Surrey Women's Centre. Our team found her to be an extremley well organized and effective facilitator. She was very friendly yet also very structured to keep us all on track with the agenda.
