Karen was the keynote speaker and main workshop presenter at our Leadership conference. As a non-profit, we had almost 200 people who were staff, volunteers, and members of the Board. Karen was able to weave our theme of “Strength Through Diversity” throughout her segments of leadership, communication, and then diversity during the 3 days. She is an engaging and inspiring speaker…she was able to connect with each person in the room and enabled new ways of thinking and possibility. Intuitive, dynamic, adaptable, likable, and fun are just a few of the words that apply to Karen. Her choice of experiential exercises was a perfect fit. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Karen as a facilitator, speaker, or trainer to any organization large or small, profit or non-profit.

I just loved how you led us to all move together as a team and herded us when all seemed lost. You are amazing and I loved the day.

Karen, I wanted to say publicly that I really love working with you. Your ability to keep us on track and to keep trucking along in the middle of all the busyness that we run into as teachers and staff here is amazing. That is no easy feat as we are easily distracted by the various crises and issues we face daily.

I was really pleased with how smoothly things are running now. Considering we processed 100% more people last night than in September last year, the chaos level was considerably less. Yay!

I don't quite know how to say what I want to say, other than to say thank you. I feel we made a good team and were in support of each other throughout- both before and after and that felt really good and important to me.
